Security Deposit
All furnished properties are subject to fully refundable security deposit upon contract signing.
Some unfurnished properties are subject to fully refundable security deposit as per agreement with the landlord.

Required Documents
In order to sign a Lease Agreement, a Civil ID or Passport with a valid entry/residence visa of any type needs to be presented upon contract signing.
Additionally, certain landlords may request a salary statement, a copy of the employment contract as well as a marriage certificate if applicable.

Down-payment
In order to reserve a property a down-payment has to be made to the agent. The full amount of the payment will go against the first month’s rent.
Down-payment is only refundable should the landlord, for whatever reason, decide not to enter a lease agreement with the prospective tenant. In all other cases, the down-payment is non refundable.

Real Estate Fees
Real estate fee equivalent to half month’s rent applies to all agreements signed through Horizon Q8.
Real estate fee guarantees the tenant Agency assistance in all matters pertaining to the lease for the whole duration of the agreement.
